Forte is situated in the centre of Umbria, between Assisi and Perugia, Todi and Montefalco. The farmhouses date back to the last century. Now, as a result of a detailed renovation, the farmhouses have bedrooms and flats, which are unique for the beauty of the interiors and the naturalistic context in which they are set. The residence is immersed in a village, which is still uncontaminated, on the top of a hill, at an altitude of four hundred and fifty metres, in a unique position for its panorama and quiet. Forte offers you the possibility of a holiday in touch with the nature, together with wholesome food and local wines.

NotesThe farm: Forte is a farm, which extends for two hundred and eight hectares. One hundred and eighty hectares consist on woods, inside of which you can find every species of trees; ilexes, chestnuts, firs. The remaining twenty-eight hectares, which encircle the farmhouse contain a century hold olive grove to which have been added more than one thousand younger olive trees. These plants do not know chemical fertilizer such as plant protection products and herbicides. All the plants are well kept and pruned only by expert hands. A big barbecue with furnished parks and gardens is at everybody disposal as well as the gazebo from which you can enjoy the view over the Umbrian surrounding hills. The apartments take different locations: five in the ground floor and three in first floor. Each apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen/kitchen corner, and one bathroom. All the flats are provided with TV, independent central heating, dishwasher, fridge, hairdryer and everything you need to cook (a toaster, a corkscrew, etc.). Each apartment accommodates up to 4 people and there are 8 apartments. The size of each apartment is roughly 60 square metres.

Reservation PolicyMinimum stay two nights.
Guest must leave the flats by max 10:00 a.m. and they can check-in by 03:00 p.m. onwards.
THE PRICES INCLUDE:
Consumption of water, electricity, gas; Bed linen with weekly change; Towels and household linen with weekly change; Towel for swimming pool with weekly change; Weekly cleaning (except for the kitchen/kitchen corner); Use of sports facilities; Firewood basket for the fireplace.
THE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:
Independent central heating: consumption with metre reading from the beginning to the end of the stay. Daily cleaning by request (except for the kitchen/kitchen corner) � 3.50 for person. The final cleaning for a stay longer than two nights is not included in the rental fee; this extra fee is 25 Euro per week. A baby cot can be provided for 30 Euro extra per week. Small sized pets are allowed for an extra charge of 30 Euro per week.
