Reservation PolicyReservation can be guaranteed with 30% advance payment through credit cards details via fax,
bank drafts, postal money order.
Rates are in euro per apartment and include VAT, taxes and the following free services:
daily cleaning (kitchen excluded), air conditioned, independent heating, one times per week
change of linen, private car park, use of swimming pool, satellite TV,
ADSL connection for your PC , museums and theatres booking.
3 days minimum booking in high season. One free day with a 6 day booking.
Check in from 2 pm to 6 pm, check out until 10 am.

Groups: agreed upon when making a booking.
Pets: permitted with 5 € per day supplement.
Extra bed: € 25 per night, crib no charge.

Cancellation Policy - until 31 days prior the arrival: 10% penalty of the amount
- from 30 to 21 days prior the arrival: 30%
- from 20 to 10 days prior the arrival: 50% penalty of the amount.
- from 10 to 4 days prior the arrival: 75% penalty of the amount.
- the full amount will be charged for: cancellations 3 days prior the arrival
