Description We offer a luxurious one-bedroom apartment located on a bluff overlooking Sandy Beach. This lovely bluff offers privacy and security. The First floor apartment faces the ocean and boasts a large covered patio (14' x 40') which is accessible directly from the living room. The patio is equipped with a dining table and chairs, bar-b-que and hammock.
Sandy Beach, one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico, is a block away. Surfing at Sandy Beach is renown, and you may also snorkel and scuba dive from local beaches or take a boat to Desecheo Island for world-class diving and snorkeling.

NotesThe bedroom has a queen-size bed and a custom-built closet. The kitchen/dining area has natural/solid cedar cabinets, and is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stove top, microwave, dining table and chairs. The living room area has a sofa, coffee table, and end table with lamp. Also included is an entertainment center which has a television with DirecTV television, and a VCR. The bright and cheery bathroom is tiled floor to ceiling, including a dolphin mural. The apartment is air-conditioned, and all rooms have ceiling fans including the bathroom. Other features include a carport, a 10,000 gallon cistern and pump, and endless hot water. There is also an outside shower so that you can wash off the sand and salt before entering the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished, including all linens, cooking and dining amenities.
