Description Bougain-Villa is situated in a secluded area right near the centre of the historic town of Falmouth. Falmouth is on the famous North Coast of Jamaica about 32 Kilometers (20 miles) east of Montego Bay Airport and about 72 Kilometers (45 miles) west of Ocho Rios. The villa is about half an hour's drive from Montego Bay Airport.

NotesThe villa is about 1,600 square feet in size, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living/dining area, enclosed patio area and a good sized kitchen. It has hot and cold water, fridge, gas stove and oven and electric washing machine. The cook/house-keeper is part of the arrangements, and she will look after the cooking and keep the house clean. The property is almost an acre in size with 100 meters (300 feet) of private beach. It is surrounded by a 5 to 8 feet high stone wall on the land/road side thus providing a high degree of privacy during your stay. You are within walking distance of the local shops and market, yet far enough away to avoid the noises associated with the hustle and bustle of the local environment. The landscaping can best be described as primitive and rustic with several trees, bushes and plants typical of the subtropical environment of Jamaica. Reservation PolicyThe housekeeper will do her best to make your stay a pleasant one. Please consider tipping accordingly. May we suggest that you tip about a minimum of 10% of the weekly rental rate.

Reservations will be held for 7 (seven) days after which a deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. The remainder is payable no later than 30 days before departure.
