To the town center with it`s restaurants and shops it`about ten minutes walk.
Supermarkets for food shopping are across the road in a hotel complex. The swimming-pools there can be used by our guests.
NotesThe apartment has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a washing machine, oven and 4 plate cooking field, coffeemaker, waterkettle and toaster.

Reservation PolicyThe price is 50 Euro per night for 2 persons,
every other adult 10 Euro per night.
Childrern 3 to 12 years 7 Euro per night
children up to 3 years are free.
For the final cleaning 50 Euro will be charged.
Transfer from and to the airport is available. (20 Euro per drive).
We ask for a down-payment of 20% of the total rent price upon booking via bank transfer. As soon as the money has arrived at the bank account, the rental contract is valid. The remainder of the rent will be paid in cash to the housekeeper.
Cancellation PolicyOn cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to the arrival date you will be refunded your down-payment.
