Description Come visit our beautiful vacation rental located in Las Brisas of Acapulco. Las Brisas is the most exclusive area in Acapulco with stunning views of the bay. The area is a gated community (for your security) and is filled with lovely homes. Fully equipped with a staff and all amenities.
It is the vacation home of everyone's dream!

Each bedroom and the bedroom/studio have their own private full bath,
wardrobe, air conditioning and fan.
* 1 large master bedroom with a king size bed & a single bed, dressing room, color TV and bath tub.
* 1 bedroom with two queen size beds.
* 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed each.
* 1 bedroom with a twin size bed.
* 1 bedroom/studio with a king size bed, color TV and VCR.
Notes*6 full baths - one in each bedroom. *All bedrooms are air conditioned with fans. *Plantation shutters on all bedroom windows. *Excellent CD/cassette quadraphonic musical equipment. *Upper swimming pool flowing over waterfallinto lower swimming pool. *Eating area with a beautiful mahogany table that seats 14, barbecue and wet-bar under a palm palapa at lower pool. *Excellent cook (she can also shop for your food). *Menu Book for daily choices. *Housekeeper. *English speaking waiter (he will bring you margaritas to the pool). *Pool towels are provided by staff.

Reservation Policylong weekends involving holidays (like mexico's independence day in september 16th or the u.s. thanks giving week during last week of october) are considered medium season and have a rate of $600 u.s.d. per night.

TERMS ARE 50$ ADVANCE PAYMENT AND REMAINING BALANCE DUE TO BE PAID 7 DAYS PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY.
Cancellation PolicyYOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL WITHIN TWO MONTHS PRIOR OF YOUR OCCUPANCY OF THE HOUSE, RECEIVING A FULL REIMBURSE OF YOUR DEPOSIT.

IF CANCELLED BETWEEN 60 AND 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE WE KEEP HALF OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND YOU RECEIVE THE OTHER HALF.

CANCELING WITH LESS THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE ARRIVAL DATE WILL RESULT IN KEEPING THE 100% OF YOUR DEPOSIT.

IN ANY CANCELLATION YOU DO NOT LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT, BECAUSE WE COMPENSATE YOU WITH THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED FOR A FUTURE RENTAL WITHIN THE FOLLOWING 12 MONTHS (DEPENDING UPON AVAILABILITY).
