Deposits
A $500 deposit is required to reserve a vacation rental.

Payments
A $500 deposit is required to hold a reservation, the balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations
If a cancellation is made 2 months in advance, we will refund the full deposit.
If a cancellation is made less than 2 months in advance, there is no refund of the deposit.
