NotesAll our apartments are non-smokers. Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered as an extra of 8 Euro/day/person.

Cancellation PolicyAny booking cancellation shall be notified in writting to the Residence, the date of reception of such will be deemed to be the date of cancellation.

Bookings for 1 to 6 nights :
Reservation should be cancelled up to midnight on the day prior to arrival, otherwise 1 night of accommodation is to be paid .

Bookings for 7 to 29 nights :
Reservation should be cancelled 2 days prior to arrival, otherwise 2 nights of accommodation is to be paid.

Bookings for 30 nights and more :
Reservation should be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise 7 nights of accommodation is to be paid.
