Description La Torre is an excellent and quite location just 3 Km away from the centre of Amalfi, overlooking green and yellow lemon trees and the ever-changing blue–green expanse of the Mediterranean seascape. It takes about 25 minutes walking to reach the centre of Amalfi. There is a bus stop 20 meters from the house, the buses run every 30 minutes until late at night. The house is exquisitely furnished with antiques and quality pieces and further enhanced by an enchanting garden which offers extra living area to the already roomy accommodation. Only 30 steps lead up to the house from the main road. All essentials (Grocery stores, Bars and Restaurants) are at walking distance (only 5 minutes), as well as the most beautiful beaches of the Amalfi Coast (S. Croce and Duoglie), accessible walking (10 minutes) or by car and public transportation (5 minutes); there are several restaurants at the beaches, in addition to boat rental facilities, sun beds and pedal boats, boat service to Amalfi.
NotesThe entrance through the garden is into a small corridor leading to the living area, the kitchen and the laundry room on the left, and to the bedrooms ahead. The kitchen is very wide and with a door to the garden, the big living room has 2 windows and a little balcony which give generous light. The house, furnished with antique pieces, also has a small library and a reading corner. All the rooms, big and tiled with the famous hand made ceramics of Vietri sul Mare, have a stunning view over a vast expanse of sea and the magnificent coastline. The bathrooms, big and coloured, have showers and bath tube.

Reservation PolicyA deposit of 50% of the total rental, must be received by the owner or his agent before a booking will be confirmed, the deposit must be sent via money transfer or travel cheques. The balance of the rental amount is due to be paid cash to the owner or his agent/key-holder at the arrival to the property. Upon receipt of the deposit a RENTAL VOUCHER with directions to the property will be sent to the customer.

MANDATORY EXPENSES

Refundable Security Deposit of € 500 - Final cleaning fee € 85 per week.
Cancellation PolicyIn the event of cancellation of a booking the 50% deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
