Paraktio Beach Apartments

Description This property is comprised of three apartments on the upper floor with balconies all around and three, 2-person studios on the ground level with access to a large terrace right over the sea waters. The 4-person apartments provide two, twin-size beds on the main floor with a standard equipped kitchenette on the other end of the room, a/c satellite TV in living room and a bathroom with shower. An interior wooden stairway leads to the upper deck floor which is an old-fashion style, wooden attic like an internal balcony with rails, equipped with closets and a double bed mostly used by the parents (in case of family). The living room area has two (corner opening) sleeping sofas. Because the sleeping areas are not privately divided, these apartments are not recommended for those who prefer fully private rooms (e.g. 2 couples). The new 2-person studios are all equipped with a double bed, brand-new kitchenette facilities, fridge, a/c, utensils, WC with shower and access to the large terrace.
NotesReception area and snack bar serving coffee, fresh milk, soft-drinks, ice-cream, cocktail drinks, sweets and pastries and small traditional Greek meals at guest's option upon request. Telephone at the reception area is also available. Private parking is free to all Paraktio Apts guests. All units provide clean linens and towels every other day. Room cleaning service is provided at least once a week.
