Description The apartment is completely renovated and newly furnished. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people with a double bed and a sofa-bed for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with microware, washing machine, fridge, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Bed linen and towels are provided, they are changed every week when the flat is also cleaned. In the lounge there is a CD player and a DVD player with a television.
There is air aconditioning for heating and cold and you can select the temperature. All bills are included in the price.
The apartment is completely cleaned before your arrival.
NotesThe flat is very well located, in the centre of Madrid. Metro stations Tribunal (50 mts), Bilbao and San Bernardo are close by. The apartment, located in the Malasaña district, is known as a crossroads of all cultural trends, with its restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and department stores. You are in one of the most desirable locations in Madrid, with excellent transport links. The area is also a perfect neighbourhood for those visiting Madrid for business, close to banks, offices and other major business. It is also just minutes away from the main tourist and cultural sights. The area is full of cinemas, shops, restaurants, bars and terraces but is not too noisy. There are supermarkets and fruitmarkets closeby. You can walk to the Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía in 10 minutes, although the bus and metro network is excellent and cheap and will get you there quicker.

Reservation PolicyBooking Conditions:

· Upon arrival, we will sign the rental contract. I will send to you the form of contract prior to arrival.
· You shall advise by e mail your personal data (Name, address, telephone and Passport number) and the names of the other people who shall be staying with you.
· You shall confirm the exact dates of your reservation.
· To confirm the booking, you should pay (in EURO) by bank transfer, the 30% of the total booking into a bank account
· The booking is confirmed when the funds are received in the bank account. You should confirm by e mail the date that you initiate the money transfer. Transfer of funds denotes your acceptance of the format of the rental contract.
· Upon arrival, we shall sign the contract and at that point you shall pay the rest of the total amount (70% or Euros) in advance plus other 20% (or Euros) in concept of Security Deposit.
· Payment shall be by CASH. The DEPOSIT shall be returned to you upon departure, when you return the keys and the departure inspection is completed.
