Description This nice apartment forms part of a newly restored and restyled building in the Sant Pere Mitja Street in the heart of town. The inside of this property forms a big contrast with the surrounding neighbourhood. Completely renovated from the inside and foreseen of all the luxury you may need during your holiday. This truly is a very comfortable apartment.

The apartment offers sleeping facilities up to 5 perons. They consist out of a spacious bedroom with double bedroom, and another room with a (bunk) bed. A fifth person will be able to sleep on a sofa in the living room, which also can be used as a bed.

The luminous living quarter is filled with all the equipment necesarry to make you relax after a long day of sightseeing in Barcelona. Comfortable furniture to sit down, talk, relax and eat. But also a television and stereo equipment are present. The fully equipped and modern kitchen disposes of a washing/drying machine.
