Reservation PolicyReservations are subject to availability. A reservation will be considered valid when confirmed in writing by Sardinia Rentals together with the deposit.
2) Payments
At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is payable. The balance will be due on or before 1 month prior to the commencement of the rental arrangements. In the case of reservations made in the 2 month before commencement of the rental arrangements, the full price will be payable.

Cancellation Policy3) Cancellations by the Clients
The following charges will apply in the case of cancellation of a reservation:
Ä 30% penalty charge for cancellations notified up to 60 days prior to the commencement of rental
Ä 70% penalty between 30 and 15 days
Ä 100% penalty for cancellations notified less than 15 days prior to the commencement of the rental arrangements
Cancellations must be notified to us in writing, by registered mail.
4) Cancellation and/or modification of the reserved arrangements by the Organizer
Sardinia Rentals may cancel or modify the reserved arrangements with no other obligation than to reimburse in full the moneys received. In such unlikely cases, however the Company will immediately inform the Client and offer a suitable alternative arrangement with similar characteristics and value of the one originally reserved.
5) Force Majeur
In the case of directly or indirectly the cancellation of the program on the part of the Organizing Company, moneys received will be reimbursed to the extent that the actual situation will allow.
