The Sanctuary is located close to the US27 and Interstate 4 Orlando International Airport can be reached in 30 minutes, Kennedy Space Center and the Atlantic coast are approximately 1 hours drive and the Gulf Coast 90 minutes.
Shopping in the area is superb with a number of top quality shopping malls and factory outlets within a short drive. More immediate needs are very well catered by local supermarkets and shops.
The luxurious, fully air-conditioned villa offers spacious accommodation for up to ten people. The south west facing pool and the luxury sun loungers, recliners, tables and chairs provide an opportunity to relax and dine in the beautiful Florida sunshine. A removable security screen around the pool is provided to ensure the safety of your children.
The living room of the villa is fully tiled and well furnished as is the beautiful dining area which seats six. For home entertainment there is a 27 inch flat screen colour television linked to cable plus a DVD/CD/VCR player. For the business traveler we offer free 24 hour broadband access and use of PC.
The living room overlooks the pool and lanai area which may be accessed through sliding doors.
For the benefit of our younger guests we provide free of charge a high chair, cot, baby monitor and changing mat.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and breakfast bar. A telephone is situated in this area as well as in the master bedroom allowing free international calls.
The master suite has a king-size bed is beautifully furnished, has its own television connected to cable and a sliding door leads from the master suite directly to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom is equipped with a large corner bath tub and large walk-in shower. There are two large walk-in wardrobe situated between the master suite and the bathroom.
The both twin bedroom are furnished with twin beds, large fitted wardrobes and dressers. Adjacent to one bedroom is a bath room.
The second master bedroom contains a queen-size bed and is comfortably furnished. The latter two bedrooms both link to a bath/shower. This arrangement offers flexibility enabling either the second twin or the double bedroom to have an en-suite facility or for both bedrooms to share the bathroom.
