Description A FIRST CLASS PROPERTY IN EVERY RESPECT

This property has been designed and furnitured by the owner to a very high standard and has been loving maintained. The villa is being offered and suitable for long term rent (as a residence), ideal for summer and winter vacations, private parties and special anniversory.

DESCRIPTION

New built (2001) 4 storey building ( 750 sq.m. Alltogether). The premisses for rent are the entire first, second and third floor and consist of:

(relaxation & entertainment floor) - the usage of the facilities available here is included in the rent. In front of the living room - a terrace of 40 sq.m. with plastic furniture. Also on the same level - main entrance with small lobby and reception desk, litlle store room and toilete.
THIRD FLOOR: bedrooms floor. One luxury furnitured bedroom (air conditioned) with an "on suite" bathroom - complete with body spa and dressing room. Two bedrooms served by separate 2 toiletes and 1 bathroom. Remark: all the bedroom suites are double beds. Small office, fully equiped with pc, internet connection, laser printer and scanner.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES
Satelite TV - TV set in every room; extension telephones in every room; contracted guarding company with radio security system (2 panick buttons); local heating system; local spare (2 wells with automated pumps) water supply system; garage for 1 car and parking yard for 3 cars; remute control opening main gates.

Swimming pool - under project. Meanwhile the visitors can use the facilities of the hotel nearby (20 m from the villa) restaurant/barbeque and two swimming pools.
