There are three main living areas. The living room, family room and the den, which is upstairs. Relax on the comfortable sofas after a busy day at the attractions. Adjacent to the living room is the family room which has a TV with cable for your enjoyment. There is plenty of seating for everyone to spread out and relax.

The accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms with a fantastic master suite as well as 2 further en-suite double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.

The villa comes with its own 28 x 14 feet pool, which can be heated (at an extra cost) as well as a larger than normal deck surrounding the pool. The pool / deck area is south facing and comes complete with patio furniture and sun loungers to make the most of the Florida sunshine.

The pool overlooks a conservation area ensuring pleasant views and privacy. A barbecue is provided for those entertaining evenings at home. The decking is extended and music can be played out across the pool. The pool is lit at night which is most serene.
