The main entrance to the villa leads onto the middle floor of the villa. One enters a spacious airy open plan living/dining and kitchen area, with full-length windows, and to a large sun terrace with lovely sea views. The kitchenette is well equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and full cooker. Further on this level there is a bedroom with a balcony, and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower fitment/WC. Marble stairs lead up to a gallery overlooking the living area, and to two bedrooms, each en-suite with bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower fitment/WC. From the living area, a further flight of stairs lead down to the lowest level of the house, and to a large tiled open plan living area, and from here out to the swimming pool and gardens. There is a further bedroom on this semi basement level, which has French doors leading to the pool terraces. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower fitment/WC, and a small utility room with washing machine.
The nearest small sandy beach, with a beach café, and a little harbour lie approx 600 metres away. There is a taverna near to the beach. A mini market can be found 2,5 km away and a supermarket along with a few small shops in Kounoupidiana 3,5 km away. The town of Chania is 8 km away.
