Description Villa is just 200 meters from the rivers of the Lake of Bracciano nearby Pontevecchio and to 1 km from the center of Bracciano. Of remarkable importance is the vicinity to the Etruscan necropolis of Cerverteri (14 km) and Tarquinia (55 km) reachable by car or motorcycle.

Just 2 km from the B&B there is the little roman church of S.Liberato, one rare example roman architecture still very well conserved. The Bed & Breakfast is connected to Bracciano by shuttles service. On foot it is possible to reach sport facilities where you can enjoy tennis, beach volley, minigolf, swimming and mini-soccer. It’s also possible, nearby, to rent horses for excursions in the forest is. The beach surrounding the lake, (free or organized), offers the chance of relaxing sun baths. From May until September, it’s possible to carry out nice trip by boat, having the chance to enjoy also the other two villages on the lake, Anguillara and Trevignano. Reservation PolicyPayment:
On booking a 30% of account is required, which will be charged by money transfer. The balance must be paid a 30 days before the arrival date, by money transfer too. For reservations within this period the full amount must be paid when booking.

Deposit:
A deposit of 400 Euro in cash is requested on your arrival, refundable at your departure to cover possible damages to the property.

The check in is after 14.00 p.m. on the arrival day, the check out not late than 12.00 a.m. of the departure day.

Cancellation PolicyIn case of cancelling the booking the following amounts must be paid:
Up to 45 days before arrival: 30% of the accommodation cost (the account)
Up to 28 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation cost
Up to 2 days before arrival: 90% of the accommodation cost
One day before arrival and in case of no show: 100% of the accommodation cost
In case of restitution of partial amounts all banking charges must be paid by the customer.
