Description Villa Location : Spacious home situated for easy access to the parks and all other attractions - close enough to the action but still in a peaceful community. It is an established development with a mixture of vacation and residential homes and despite its closeness to the action offers a haven of peace and quiet after a busy day at the parks. The community is located on US27 - just 2 minutes south of the very west-end of US192 and the area is extremely popular with both golfers and vacationers. Lake Davenport Estates is to be found on the southwest side of the Disney World Resort and within easy reach of all the other theme parks in the area. Only minutes from shops - restaurants - post office and bank convienience store - small strip malls - gas station are all to be found nearby. Immediatley to the north of our community is Davenport Lake a 400 acre lake with fishing pier and boat dock. Polo Park golf course is just North of the Palms and many other golf courses are available and within 15 minutes drive. Highlands Reserve - Ridgewood Lakes - Southern Dunes - Diamondback - Kings Ridge - Celebration and Champions Gate to name but a few. There is a small gas station - shop and Subway Sandwich Bar - Barber & Beauty Salon all located at the entrance to Davenport Lakes / Esprit communities just north of the Palms and these are the nearest one. One mile North there is a choice of Winn Dixie or Publix supermarkets and the newly completed 24hr WalMart superstore. There is also a Publix recently opened to the south in Berry Town Centre at Sand Mine Road and is only half a mile away. Within a short drive you will find all the popular eating places - bars - restaurants either on Hwy 27 (towards I4) or located on Hwy 192 (towards Kissimmee) I-4 gateway to both coasts is just 5 miles away giving easy access to Busch and KSC.

Description
A spacious 5 bed 3 bath home with all modern facilities. The family living area is open plan to the breakfast nook and kitchen so even if mum (or dad) are making breakfast they are still close to the family. There are three sofas - two 3 seaters and a two and a large TV with DVD player video player and 3 disc stereo.

For breakfasts and light snacks - most guests use the breakfast nook which has great views over the pool area. It is open plan to the cow themed kitchen which is fully fitted with every type of appliance both small and large - from fridge to juicer and blender and there is a plentiful supply of crockery cutlery and glassware and serving dishes. There is also a formal dining area should you want to celebrate in style. The laundry room is close by and means you don't need to take home dirty laundry.

There are two dining areas. The breakfast nook and a separate dining room which is perfect if you are celebrating something special during your stay.

The sumptous Gold and White master bedroom has a king size bed and is decorated in a chinese theme. There is plenty of storage space and a TV/DVD with cable as well as an alarm clock radio. It has its own en-suite with twin basins large walk in shower and an oversized bath tub. There is a large walk in closet which has a safe in it. Other bedrooms: The second room has a queen bed and is decorated in soothing lilac and silver tones. Overlooking the front of the house the Queen room has a large walk in closet as well as a dressing table and two sets of drawers giving plenty of storage and a clock radio. The third room is a double. This one is decorated with opulent red and gold colours and reflects an Indian theme. It has a built in wardrobe for hanging space - bedside drawer space and a clock radio. The fourth bedroom is a twin bedded room. Decorated with butterflies - this room overlooks the pool area from the second floor and has a large closet - plenty of drawer space clock radio and TV. These rooms share the Dolphin themed family bathroom which is nearby. The fifth bedroom has bunk beds and has a stars and stripes theme. It is here you will find the internet ready pc and printer - PS2 with eye toy and a tv. It makes a perfect childrens suite as it has access to its own Winnie-the-Pooh bathroom.

The pool area at the back of the house has recently been extended and is now the largest on the community with the south/west facing pool we get the sunshine all day from noon until sunset - even in the winter. There are enough padded loungers and chairs for 10 people as well as two tables with umbrellas and a covered lanai area. The area around the pool has been recently planted with attractive shrubs. We have a gas BBQ / grill free for you to use should you want to cook and eat outdoors. All areas with access to the pool are alarmed for your peace of mind and the pool itself has stepped access.

The garage area houses our games room with pool table - air hockey and table football so you can relax and have some family fun.
