Our home has 4 bedrooms, large living room, open plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms and two car garage. All bedrooms have large built-in closets with ample storage. The master bedroom and living room have direct access to the pool and deck area.

A fully-equipped, large, open-plan kitchen with all modern appliances includes: fridge/freezer with icemaker, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker, all cooking and dining utensils.

There is a formal dining area with a table and six chairs and a breakfast nook with a table and four chairs.

This villa also has a separate laundry room with a washer and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

This villa is furnshed to a high standards to accommodate 10 people.

All of the doors leading to the patio area have child alarms for your peace of mind.

The pool area is perfect for relaxing days and evening with your friends and family. This area has sun loungers, table and chairs.

This villa is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on the patio area.

There is also alarm system in this home for your safety.

NotesA cleaning fee of $75.00 will be charged for any reservation made for less than 5 nights. If you desire pool heat, a fee of $25.00 will be charged per night for a minimum of 3 nights. A reservation deposit in the amount of $200.00 is required 7 days after your reservation request has been approved. Your reservation will be HELD until the deposit is received. Once received, your reservation will be considered RESERVED (guaranteed). Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the reservation deposit has been received.

Reservation PolicyA security deposit in the amount of $250.00 is required at check-in. The security deposit is held to ensure that the property will be left in it's original condition. Security deposits will be returned in full providing a satisfactory inspection after check-out. Damages to the property can result in a full or partial loss of the security deposit. Payment is due 56 days prior to the check-in date. Your reservation will be RESERVED until the full payment is received. Once received, your reservation will be considered CONFIRMED.

Cancellation PolicyThe reservation deposit and any payments made minus an administration fee of $100.00 will be refunded in full for all cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the check-in date.

For all cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date, The guest may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be made in writing or by e-mail. The following cancellation charges will apply: A. Between 4 to 8 weeks before arrival-loss of 50% of total cost B. Less than 4 weeks before arrival-loss of 100% of total cost If through circumstances beyond our control, it is necessary for us to cancel, which would be totally exeptional, we will refund any money paid, without interest or further compensation.
