Description This beautiful villa is located on the Bentley Oaks Estate, which is a small and friendly development. It is situated within close proximity to the Highway 27 and Interstate 4 and is ideally based for all of Florida’s attractions. including Disney which is about 12 minutes drive. A perfect base for your stay.

Our villa can cater for up to 10 persons having 4 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a comfortable sofa-bed. There are also 2 living rooms, as well as a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook. Cutlery, crockery and other kitchenware is available for your culinary delights, should you desire.

The villa is decorated and maintained to a very high standard, both inside and out. It is equipped with all the appliances you would require including cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a large private swimming pool (30’ x 15’) which can be heated for an additional cost. The heating is mainly recommended from November – April but that is clearly your choice and can be arranged either prior to your departure or upon arrival with my Management Company.

All bed linen and towels are provided for you stay and additional cleaning can be arranged through our Management Company

Our villa is available for occupation from 4pm (local time). Departure is at 10am unless otherwise agreed with our Management Company.

Our Management Company is available 24 hours a day for emergencies but also has an office near to our villa.

Reservation PolicyThe signing of the Booking Form by the party leader confirms acceptance of our terms and conditions.

A 25% non returnable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A security deposit of £125 is required with your final payment. This can be made by a cheque which will be held (un-cashed) and returned within 8/10 days of your departure, and upon clearance from our Management Company. This security deposit is held in case of damage or breakages or if additional cleaning is required due to spills.
Cancellation PolicyIn the event of cancellation the following conditions apply:- 8+ weeks is your deposit; less than 8 weeks 100% of total cost.
