Description Beautiful and characteristic apartment, on the second floor of an historical Palazzo, in a typical florentine street, in the FULL center of Florence. Well furnished, completely new renovated (2005) the apartment is composed at the first level of: entrance, 1 bed room with a double bed , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, the kitchenroom, livingroom, and 2 bathroom with shower. At the second level there is a characteristic loft with a study and a small bedroom.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine...nd all you may need for cooking!

The house is in the heart of Florence!
From the window you'll have a wonderful view of Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio.
You'll live near: Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza Duomo, Accademia, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti.... All the most important and famous shops are close to the house. Close to the house you'll find also: local shops, restaurants, banks. The main city park, the Cascine, with tennis courtsand swimming pools, is a 10-minute walk away. he main city food market is at San Lorenzo, which is 5 minutes away by foot, and there is also an excellent modern supermarket 10 minutes away by foot.

Reservation PolicyIf you would like to book you will be asked for a 30% deposit on the total rate. The remaining will be paid when you arrive.

A Deposit of 300$ is requested at your arrival, it will be refunded when you leave.

There are discounts for rentals of two weeks or more.
