The Villa is located in a leafy quarter of Zakopane, at 14 Makuszynskiego Street, 1,2 km from Rondo Kuznickie (a starting point for skiing tours), 600m from the Wielka Krokiew - ski jump, 600m from Krupowki (the entertainment and shopping centre) and 1,5 km from the railway and bus stations. Nearby there are skiing areas (Wielka Krokiew and Kasprowy Wierch) as well as cycling and walking routes (Dolina Bialego, Dolina Strazyska, Droga pod Reglami).
