The kitchenette is fully equipped (a cooker, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, pots and pans, cutlery et cetera.) In the bathroom there is a bath-tube, a wash basin, a toilet as well as a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Washing machine is available.
The villas ground-floor houses a conference hall for 30 or 42 persons (60 sq. meters), a banquet hall for 40 persons (48 sq. meters), a bar and a dining room with a fire-place. Conference facilities: projector, flipchart, TV and VIDEO, internet, fax and telephone are provided.
