Description A duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Ground floor includes spacious and bright living room with high ceilings and picture windows, beige leather sofas, soft traditional furnishings.Lower ground floor has main bedroom with double bed, large picture windows, fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and W/C. A second bedroom again has large picture windows, double bed and fitted wardrobes. Also includes small third bedroom with bunk beds (best suited for children), and there is a family bathroom off the hallway.

Reservation PolicyBooking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am. Airport transfer can be provided, at additional cost. It is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Cancellation PolicyDeposit is non-refundable and a $150 cancellation charge for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 45 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
