Description 70 m2 apartment on the first floor. This apartment is located close to the entry of Ortigia - historic center of Syracuse (Siracusa), in the South Est of Sicily (Sicilia) - close to the bridge that links the Ortigia island to the rest of the city.
It is composed of a large and very full of light living room with a double bed-sofa and a single bed, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas stoves, oven, crockery, etc.) and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is in very good conditions (it was recently renovated), it is nicely furnished and fully equipped (sat-television, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, iron, hair-dryer,...). The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people, but it can accommodate up to 6 people because it is very spacious and it is possible to add a camp bed too.

You pay:
- on booking: 20% of whole amount;
- on arrival: the remaining amount in cash;
- on arrival: deposit of 150 euro (it will be returned to you at the end of your stay);
- on departure: the cost of any damages;
