That is a nice option if you travel to Madrid with car or think rent a car for your holidays because parking in central area is Spence and difficult, from this area you have in 5 minutes by your own car the principal motorways of Madrid also the casa campo ( Bigest Park of Madrid ) and by car you are in 10 minutes to plaza espaņa and Gran via.

At the end of your stay, we give this key deposit back, dicounting a cleaning fee;

5 up to 8 pax: Eur 75.00
Cancellation PolicyCancellations or modifications of your stay should be made AT LEAST 7 DAYS before your expected arrival date.
If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost.
Deposit / booking fee is NON-refundable.
The outstanding balance is due on arrival BY CASH.
Keys are delivered between 10:00 and 19:00.
Additional fee for arrivals after 20.00h : Eur. 30.00
Additional fee for arrivals after 00.00h: Eur. 50.00
