Description The “TAO” is the ideal family and friends place. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in a modern environment which will make you feel at home. The apartment is composed of a private bath, 1 kitchen with microwave oven and cooker, fridge, air-conditioning and independent central heating, TV LCD, 1 large double bedroom and a room with bunk beds .
THE HISTORICAL CENTER OF VENICE, close to the Rialto Bridge (100mts)
crosses the Grand Canal into the San Polo district ,close to the local amenities and public transports (vaporetto and gondolas). This lively area of the city houses the bustling early-morning Rialto markets, the “Erberia” and the “Pescheria” where “barges” full of produce start arriving at dawn for the morning's trading, important centre with small shops “botteghe” and the typical small restaurants.
If you arrive at the Train Station or Piazzale Roma (the parking area if arriving by car), take line 1 or 82 of the city's vaporetto boats, and get off at the Rialto stop; from the Marco Polo Airport, take bus n. 5 to Piazzale Roma, or with "Alilaguna" you can reach Saint Mark's by boat, where you can than take vaporetto lines 1 or 82 to the Rialto Stop.

Reservation PolicyConfirmation of your reservation will come by mail and will include all the directions needed to reach your flat. Here you will be welcomed by either the owner or flat agent.
This reception service is included in the room rate until 8 pm, from 8 pm to midnight a € 20,00 surcharge will apply.
There is no such service after midnight, unless otherwise agreed to with the owner or flat agent at an additional charge of € 50,00.
Unless otherwise mentioned in the description of the flat, the arrival and departure times are the following: arrivals between 2pm and 8pm. Departures between 9am and 11am.
On retrieving the key the guest needs to leave to the owner or agent a safety deposit in cash (Euros) as stated in the reservation confirmation, or otherwise leave credit card details as a guarantee. This will be returned to the guest at departure, less any damages that may have been caused to the lodgings and less any surcharges that were not included in the rental price.
Upon arriving at the flat the guest must make his way to the agreed meeting point with a valid passport or ID card which must be turned in to the owner or flat agent for occupancy registration purposes according to the law.
Cancellation PolicyCancelling a reservation, even if replaced by another, involves payment of the following penalties: up to 15 days before you enter the flat – 25% of the total reservation price / between 15 and 7 days of entering the flat – 50% of the total reservation price / between 7 and the arrival date – 100% of the total reservation price.
