Description Use this exceptional designer's condominium as your headquarters for a memorable summer vacation or summer business trip in San Diego's unique South Mission Beach.
This two bedroom, two bath unit (sleeps 6 comfortably) can be rented by the week during the summer. It is in a quiet three unit building on Devon Court and has all the amenities.
Notes· Was co-owned by a Certified Designer; the interior boasts high quality furniture and fixtures throughout. · 30 steps to the bay side beach; 1½ short blocks to the ocean side beach. · Sleeps 6: master bedroom has king sized bed and trundle bed; other bedroom has two twin beds. · Contemporary kitchen with gas range and oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator; kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, silverware, etc. (but not food although you will find spices and such). · Living room has 50" TV DVR and digital cable, bookshelf stereo with cassette and CD player, and gas/wood fireplace. · Washer & gas dryer (high end front loading; large). · Garage parking for your car with remote door opener. · Unit is on second and third floors for privacy and security. · Hardwood floors on the main level. · View of the bay from each of two decks, one covered and one sunny. · Unit comes stocked with bedding, towels, beach towels, paper products, a few games, gas barbecues for cookouts on the deck. · Owner lives in a studio unit in the building and is available if you have a problem or need something fixed.

Reservation Policy-12% San Diego hotel tax is added to the price
-20% deposit of the total is required to hold a reservation.
-The balance plus a $275 damage/cleaning deposit is due four months before the rental.
-Deposit minus cleaning fee (usually $75) is refunded within five to seven weeks of the end of the rental (depending on when the phone bill comes).
Cancellation Policy Canceling a reservation causes costs to the landlord, and the prospective tenant must compensate the landlord for these costs. Here are the different situations and costs:
Reservation canceled within 10 days of being made: Your deposit is refunded minus $50 for having to update the web site twice.
Reservation canceled more than 10 days after being made but before three months prior to rental start: Your deposit is forfeited as compensation for the week having been blocked from prospective renters and for having to update the web site twice.
Reservation canceled within three months of the rental start: Your payment is forfeited unless a new renter can be found. If a new renter is found, your payment minus 20% will be refunded.
Stay interrupted: If you voluntarily leave early or are evicted for unacceptably rowdy behavior, you will receive no refund because no tenant can be found and properly qualified on such short notice.
