Description "Praga" ( 50 sq.mt.) sleeps up to four persons It has now been refurbished to make it a
comfortable multilevel apartment. This unit is totally self-contained and has its own front and rear doors.
Ground floor: open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The living area can also be configured as double bedroom or twin bedroom (there is ample alternative living space) and does not need to be "dismantled" during the
day. This level leads straight out to the terrace. Few steps up lead to the shower/bath with inclusive WC, or else to the main entrance. A wooden staircase leads to an open mezzanine, with a double bed. This unit is ideal for a couple, a family or a group of close friends.
The terrace for exclusive use of the guests comes with patio furniture.
Fully heated and air conditioning. Hi-fi with CD player, sat. TV.
Also, an excellent calibre of housekeeping (including linen, towels and blankets) is provided.
These two units ("Monika" and "Praga") are next door, with the same main entrance ( opening to the doors of each apartment).

Reservation Policy
High s. 90 ; L.s. 75 Euro / day for the apartment. Linen, towels, welcome basket, local taxes and electricity/gas bills, end-of-stay cleaning charge are included in the rental price.
Cancellation PolicyTo complete your reservation we require 1 night deposit at time of booking
to cover cost in case of cancellation. We accept Visa and MasterCard, or
bank transfer. This amount will be deducted from the final bill.
Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation
charges equal to 1 night accommodation.
