Location:
The modern building, situated between the Spree river and the Tiergarten, is in the popular Hansaviertel area in Berlin Mitte-Tiergarten. Many renowned sights like the Victory Column, Chateau Bellvue, the Brandenburg Gate, the Chancellor´s Office, the Reichstag and many more can all be easily reached by foot!
There are also excellent connections to the public transport system within minutes from the apartment, allowing easy access to the east and west of the city:
U-Bhf. Hansaplatz, 200 m:
1 station to Bhf. Zoologischer Garten,
2 stations to Kurfuerstendamm
S-Bhf. Tiergarten, 300 m:
1 stations to Lehrter Hauptbahnhof

House and surrounding area:
The apartment with an impressive view over the Tiergarten and the city is on the 7th floor inside a quiet and always well-kept building with elevator. For your household needs there are various restaurants and local stores in the neighborhood as well as a shopping center with supermarket, bakery etc. at U-Bhf. Hansaplatz (200 m).

Parking:
For our guests there is free parking available on the compound.

NotesSize: 2-Room-Apartment (54,00 sm) with a southeast facing balcony. 1 open plan living room with spacious living and sleeping area and 1 separate bedroom with king-size bed. Pantry-kitchen and a recently tiled, modern bathroom / WC. The apartment is suitable for 1 – 4 persons. Furnishing: 1 comfortable king-size bed (160cm x 200cm) and 1 modern sofa-bed (150cm x 200cm) incl. bedlinen / towels. Cable-TV and a Stereosystem with Tuner, CD- and MP3-Playback. Dining area for 4 persons. Two wardrobes in the corridor and the bedroom offer enough space for clothing and luggage. The modern pantry-kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a refrigerator, dishes, cutlery and also a coffee machine, a water cooker, and a toaster, which makes it perfectly suited for self-catering. The apartment even features a washing machine, an iron, etc.

Reservation Policy1. Agreement of the Contract
A valid contract is agreed once the appropriate booking form has been signed by the customer and sent back to APARTMENT-CONCEPT by Fax or Letter Mail.
APARTMENT-CONCEPT is bound to provide the reserved accommodation on the reserved dates. The customer has to pay the previously agreed on price.

2. Payment
After inspecting the apartment and receipt of keys, the previously agreed on price should be paid in cash by the customer. You also have the option of a (online-) bank transfer by using the account-data given in the category “Contact”.
Unfortunately, we can´t accept credit cards or checks.
However, if you are staying a minimum of 7 days, and after prior consultation, we offer you the option of paying the agreed rate a few days after arrival in Berlin.
In certain cases we may ask for a deposit of 25% of the total price.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the Contract has to be declared in written form (not by E-mail, but by Fax or Letter Mail!).

Cancellation 28 days or more prior to arrival date:
APARTMENT-CONCEPT will charge no cancellation fee.
Any deposits will be forfeited once a confirmed reservation has been made.
(Although we usually do not ask for a deposit.)

Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival date:
APARTMENT-CONCEPT will try to re-let the apartment by switching the Online Calendar to “available” immediately.
If re-letting of the apartment is not possible, APARTMENT-CONCEPT is entitled to charge the following cancellation fees on the basis of the previously agreed on Total Price in EUR
(as stated in § 651 BGB):

28 days or more 0 %
from 27 days 20 %
from 15 days 40 %
from 10 days 60 %
from 5 days 80 %
from 4 days 100 %
non-arrival 100%

4. Liability
Any deficiencies regarding the accommodation are to be reported to APARTMENT-CONCEPT immediately.
Any claims against APARTMENT-CONCEPT due to
non-performance of the contract should be made within 6 months.

5. Personal Data
APARTMENT-CONCEPT does not disclose personal data to third parties other than as permitted.
APARTMENT-CONCEPT operates a data protection policy.
Any party to this Contract consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

6. Force Majeure
APARTMENT-CONCEPT shall not be liable to any person by reason of any delay or failure to perform any of APARTMENT-CONCEPT's obligations under the Contract if the delay or failure was due to any circumstances or cause beyond APARTMENT-CONCEPT's reasonable control.

7. General
If any provision of the Contract is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of the Contract and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
German law shall apply to the Contract and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Berlin.
