Description The Anza Suite (900 sf or 87 sq. mtrs.)(1 bedroom, 1 bath)(sleeps 4 people MAX)is well served by the 38 Geary bus line to Union Square ,Shopping District, Japan Town, Fillmore Jazz District, Moscone Convention Center, and the Modern Art Museum. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Baker Beach, Golden Gate Park, New Chinatown, and Golden Gate Bridge. It is 1-2 city blocks to local restaurants, cafes, banks, post office, grocery stores, and laundermat.

All linens, bedding and towels are provided.

The kitchens are fully equipped for light meals; Updated, full bathrooms and another half bath in the hall.

The room has either a queen or full size bed, hardwood floor with an area rug, night stand with lamp, table and chairs, dresser, closet or garment rack.

Common / Living room has a futon or a day bed along with a color TV and DVD player.
NotesPlease note: unit is on the third floor with about 30-35 flights of stairs; no elevator or handicap access; no pets and no inside smoking are allowed in both units.
The Anza Suite has views of the Marin Hills and surrounding City lights.

Deposits
50% of quoted price due at time of reservations. Balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security Deposit of $500.00 for weekly stays. Security Deposit will be returned within ten (10)

days of departure if there are no outstanding charges / damages.

Cancellation & Return Policy
30 days' written notice and $150.00 cancellation fee.

Please call 2-4 hours prior to arrival time at the guest units.

Fees & Taxes
Check-out cleaning fee: $150.00 (3 bedrooms) and $100.00 (1 bedroom) per stay. Fee for utilities are charged for monthly stays.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation & Return Policy: 30 days' written notice and $150.00 cancellation fee. No refunds on early departure or shortened stays.
