The living area is furnished with dining table and chairs, double sofa bed, stereo CD player, DVD and VCR.
The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven , washer/dryer, coffee maker and toaster.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a dressing area and a mezzanine (8 m2).
The fully-equipped bathroom has bath/shower and basin.
