Description Ultra luxury loft is suitable for 6 persons.Built in 1905 and originally used as a shoe factory, this loft space was gutted and professionally rebuilt with a design blending Japanese minimalism and local architecture from the barrio. The 1000 foot living area has been impeccably furnished with a 10 foot Italian sofa and a professionally restored 1911 Steinway O piano. The 18 foot wide sunken kitchen is a culinary dream featuring Carrera marble and the finest Italian appliances. There are two full bedrooms with the best bedding available, two full bathrooms including a jacuzzi in the bathroom upstairs, and a state-of-the-art front projection home theatre in the living area upstairs. The loft has wired and wireless high-speed internet access and an internet phone for free calling to the US or Canada. There are two local cellular phones for use around the city. And the loft includes a garage for those with a car.
