Description Aloha Gardens is a luxury resort close to the heart of glamorous Puerto Banus. Aloha Gardens has excellent facilities, lovely gardens and well appointed, comfortable apartments, all of which are sure to guarantee you a marvellousl holiday.

There are many wonderful amenities close by including shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and sports facilities such as watre sports, tennis and horse-riding.

Puerto Banus and Marbella both offer fantastic shopping and a wealth of dining options. If you prefer not to drive there are several excellent restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk of the apartments.

Marbella is famous for its beaches - the closest are at Puerto Banus and there many others close by.

Just 3 minutes’ walk away there is very good convenience store (open 7 days a week) and 4 minutes further on an excellent large supermarket.

More shops and the famous Saturday Market are about 15 minutes on foot and Puerto Banus is only 10 minutes further on, or 5 minutes in the car.

The centre of Marbella centre with its wealth of attractions is just a 10 minute drive.

With every amenity and the nightlife of Puerto Banus within comfortable walking distance, a car is not essential to enjoy your holiday; however we do recommend one to explore the stunning province of Andalucía to the full.

There are taxis and a bus service if you prefer not to drive.

The stylish and comfortable two bedroom garden apartment is on the ground floor and has marble floors and air-conditioning. It is close to both the main pool and the children’s pool and a few yards from the underground car park.

Ther is a spacious living room, which opens onto a large terrace and a large, sunny, private garden.

Reservation PolicyArrivals and departures are on Saturdays, except by agreement.
Arrival time may be between 15.00 and 20.00. Departure time is 10.00.Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior agreement. Arrival after 20.00 is possible by agreement (out of hours charges apply)
The rental price includes apartment rental, linen, towels and electricity for normal consumption.
Once we have confirmed your booking and received payment we guarantee the price will not change. However we do reserve the right to change prices at any time.
From time to time we may make special offers – these prices apply to new bookings only.
If you use more than average electricity (15€ per week) you will be charged on departure.
There is a damage deposit of 200£ at Aloha Gardens. This is required to be paid into our UK bank account before arrival and will be refunded within 5 days of departure, less the cost of any breakages, etc.
Loss of keys will be charged locally to cover the locksmith’s charge.
Bed linen and towels in the bathroom are changed weekly.
Cleaning is included at the beginning and end of your stay. Extra cleaning may be arranged at a cost of 14€ per hour.
If due to unforeseen circumstances we have to change your booking we will offer you alternative accommodation or a full refund.
From time to time certain services such as a pool may be unavailable due to to unforeseen circumstances or maintenance. We will whenever possible inform you of any such changes to facilities however in the event that we are not informed before your arrival we cannot accept responsibility for such changes.
It is essential that you ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses and damage or loss to your personal property.
The apartment may be rented for the maximum number of persons stated and may not be used for larger parties .Please check about suitability for small children.
A contract is deemed to be in place upon receipt of payment. The person making the booking accepts the booking conditions on behalf of all members in the party.
We cannot guarantee special requests.

Cancellation PolicyIf you want to change your booking, an administration fee will be charged, or cancellation charges levied.

Within 6 weeks – Full cost
No charge if you find someone to replace you.
