Reservation PolicyThe places are rented at weekly bases for the number of persons stated. All prices include electricity, bed sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of the stay.
The apartment is at Your disposal from 4 o´clock. Upon arrival there is a mandatory deposit of 150 €uro. Departure is at 10.00 latest, and before that the place will be checked and the deposit returned.
The booking fee, 1/3 of the totaly amount, should be payed 4 banking days after receiving confirmation. Remaining amounts should be paid 45 days before arrival. If the booking is done less than 45 days before arrival the full amount should be paid 4 banking days after receiving confirmation.

Cancellation PolicyWhen cancelling more than 30 days before arriving a cancelling fee is paid, corresponding to 1/3 of the totaly amount. The fee is deducted from the payment and the remaining amount is repaid. When cancelling less than 30 days before arrival full amount has to be paid.
