Reservation PolicyThe booking fee, 1/3 of the totaly amount, should be payed 4 banking days after receiving confirmation.
Remaining amounts should be paid 45 days before arrival.
If the client fails any of the payment conditions we have the right to cancel the booking.
If the booking is done less than 45 days before arrival the full amount should be paid 4 banking days after receiving confirmation.

Cancellation PolicyWhen cancelling more than 30 days before arriving a cancelling fee is paid, corresponding to 1/3 of the totaly amount. The fee is deducted from the payment and the remaining amount is repaid. When cancelling less than 30 days before arrival full amount has to be paid.
