Description Villa with private pool is completely renovated . It has a 50 sqm nice and sunny garden.
NotesBedroom: 4 bedrooms - 3 with double beds and one with a single bed + one extra bed
Bathroom: 2 modern bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet. Washing mashine
Kitchen: New and fully fitted kitchen with refrigerator, small freezer, ceramic cooker, oven, micro, toaster, dishwasher.
Livingroom: 40 sq. mtr large lounge with sofa and tea table, cabel-TV and radio. From the lounge you have exit to the furnished terrace.
Swimmingpool: New private pool.
Terrace: 1 terrace with table and chairs for 8 persons and facing the south-east. Another terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs for 4 persons by the pool area.
Garden: 50 sq. mtr. lawn and 2 terraces.
Distances: Beach 300 m City 1 km to Los Boliches and 2 km to Fuengirola Shopping 300 m Airport app. 22 km
Reservation PolicyThe booking fee, 1/3 of the totaly amount, should be payed 4 banking days after receiving confirmation.
Remaining amounts should be paid 45 days before arrival.
If the client fails any of the payment conditions we have the right to cancel the booking.
If the booking is done less than 45 days before arrival the full amount should be paid 4 banking days after receiving confirmation.
Cancellation PolicyWhen cancelling more than 30 days before arriving a cancelling fee is paid, corresponding to 1/3 of the totaly amount. The fee is deducted from the payment and the remaining amount is repaid. When cancelling less than 30 days before arrival full amount has to be paid.
