Description A nice studio situated in Puerto Banus, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Walking to the beach from the studio is two minutes and to the marina itself, 5 minutes. It is situated in front of the casino of Nueva Andalucia. There is a double bed which can be used for two people. Kitchen , air conditioning, heating system, very nice swimming pool, it's a real good value. You also have a parking place which is very important in Puerto Banus. Please book as early as possible, this apartment is rented out nearly every day of the year, as Puerto Banus is the place to be 365 days a year.
