EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, mini food processor.plenty of everything you may need to feel at home.

on high season change over only on Saturday,mimimum stay,7 nights.
During the other months change over any day,depending on availability,minimum stay 3 nights.
Location cost includes: use of electricity, cold and hot water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels,*** kitchen linens, swimming pool towels ( if needed), free use of laundry ( that means we will supply all the detergents)
it doesn't include: caution deposit ( € 200,00 to be paid on cash , on the day of the arrival and given back on the departure), heating when needed ,it is forfeited at €8,00/day) , mandatory final cleaning fee= € 16,00 per person.* .(babies up to three years do not pay them)
** bed linens and bathroom towels are included in the first week rent, from the second week we ask € 8,00 per person.
There are cooking School, and Italian language school close by.

Reservation PolicyPAYMENT: A deposit of 30% (thirty per cent) of the total amount due must be sent immediately on receipt of our booking confirmation. The balance must be paid at least 45 days before the start of the lease. In the case of a confirmation being issued within 45 days of the lease starting date then the whole amount due must be paid, including insurance and booking fees. Payment must be made according to the instructions given when the booking is accepted. LEASING VOUCHER: The leasing voucher is only valid for the titleholder and is non-transferable.
