On the 1st floor you will find a large fully fitted kitchen,Lounge/diner leading onto a large double balcony over looking the pool and gardens.
There is also a large double bedrooom complete with ensuite bathroom and a balcony also overlooking the pool and gardens.
Off of the lounge you will find the stairs leading up to the top floor with it's master bedroom with a balcony with views over the pool,gardens,golf course and sea.
There is a further twin bedroom and a 2nd bathroom.

NotesThe nearest airports are Gibralter being just 25 minutes drive away,Malaga only 45 minutes drive away and Jerez although just over an hour away the flights are very cheap. The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to the Port of Duquesa with its many Restaurants,Bars,Cafe's and shops.Right beside the port you will find the local beaches of Sabinillas complete with beach bars for drinks and snacks.There are a further 36 golf courses nearby with the furthest being only 45 minutes away.
All the following attractions are within a 30 minute drive:The Crocodile Park ,Aqualand is a huge water park ,Selwo Adventure zoo ,Selwo Marina with its Dolphin

Reservation PolicyRental prices are based on 7 nights Saturday arrival 1pm - Saturday departure 11am however we can be flexible on arrival and departure dates outside of the summer season(July-September).

Please note we do not increase prices for school holidays.
