Description Gorgeous Andalusian style 1st floor apartment with great sea view and large south facing balcony.
It is situated in a small whitewashed low-rise Pueblo complex less than 10 minutes walk from the small town of La Cala, and its beautiful beach, and a 5 minute drive from the lively resort of Fuengirola. Surrounded by beautiful colourful gardens and having 2 outside pools solely for the use of the residents. One large enough for the most avid swimmers, and the other shallow for children or the less adventurous. There are plenty of local resteraunts, bars cafes and shops all nearby - being convenient to access but being out of sight and earshot! A great location where everything is easily accessibly on foot, making car hire non essential. NotesThe airy loung dining area has extremely high angled ceilings. Prices Include Bed linen and a set of towels per person (1 Bath & 1 hand) Beach or Pool towels are not provided. Electric & Gas included on all holiday lets apart from monthly agreements where gas refills will be down to the client. Discounts are available for fortnightly bookings ie multiply the weekly rate by 2 and deduct 30.00 Euros.
