Reservation PolicyThe properrty is available for the full Film Festival period - 16th to 29th of May for €5000.
The property can be reserved by sending a deposit of 30% of the total rental fee. A refundable security deposit of 10% is required upon arrival against the unlikely event of damage to furniture, fittings, etc.

Cancellation PolicyThe deposit cannot be returned in the event of cancellation due to the difficulty in finding a quick replacement for this type of property.
