Description 45 square meter apartment is suitable up to 4 persons with 2 bedrooms .It is composed of: living-room with a sofa-bed for 2 people and cooking corner, double-room with sea-view, bathroom with shower, wide terrace furnished and lighted.
This small apartment is located in such a way that, from the window of the double room, you will be able to enjoy an incomparable view of the plain of Sorrento, from the hills to the sea, and of the Gulf of Naples, with the characteristic cone-shaped outline of Mount Vesuvius. Whilst from the terrace You can admire all around the slope of the hill with olive and pine trees, which make a perfect frame for any relaxing vacation.

The bathroom has a shower. The furnishing is simple and functional. The apartment is equipped with television and ait conditioning. The guests can park their car along the main road. The nearest shops are at approximately 1 km (half a mile) away. At 200 meters (220 yards) you will find the closest restaurant: Aantico Frantoio. Another restaurant in the surroundings is Vino Vero: both are very good at reasonable prices. The closest beach station is at 2 km (1.2 miles). At 50 meters (54 yards) you will find the stop for the bus that goes to Sorrento: the buses are not very frequent.

Reservation Policy-The clients will pay (€ 100.00) on arrival to our office at Sorrento for electricity, running water, gas, cleaning and weekly linen.
-Bond € 100.00 (left on arrival by clients, it will be given back on their departure).

Cancellation PolicyFor the binding application it is sufficient to to make a down payment (50 % of the whole sum) by wire transfer. The rest of the sum (50 %) will be paid on Your arrival.
If You decide not to come here anymore, an eventual reimbursement of that 30 % the whole sum of the rental is provided if the letter of renunciation for the stay (by e-mail or fax) will be sent within the 8° day before the beginning of the holiday. No reimbursement will be given back to those clients who don’t arrive, without any notification, at the beginning of the stay or if they interrupt their holiday after its beginning for any reason.

Another solution to book one of our apartments is to communicate us Your credit card number, and we get the 50% of the total sum from it.
