Description Suite with 2 bedrooms. It offers you a beautiful view over the garden and pool. The Rainbow suite consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped luxury kitchen and 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom and a bedroom with a bunkerbed, and a large Rainbow coloured bathroom. The Rainbow suite offers you both a sun and a covered terrace on which to spend the Spanish siesta. Size: 75 sq. Spacious apartment with terraces offer the option of sun or shade for your Spanish siesta. It offers you stunning mountain views. The living room is tastefully furnished and there is a fully equipped luxury kitchen, a separate double bedroom and a large en-suite bathroom.

Reservation PolicyYour reservation becomes effective once Casa has received 50% of the total rental
amount which should be within 7 days of making your reservation . The balance is payable not later than 45 days before the beginning of the rental period. In the case of a reservation made within 45 days of the arrival date, payment in full is due immediately. The amount payable should be settled

Arrival : After 14:00 hours.

Departure : Before 11:00 hours.
Cancellation PolicyThe client may cancel the reservation at any time prior to the rental period, in which case Casa must be notified immediately via email. The following charges apply:

cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total amount
cancellation from 59 to 46 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount
cancellation from 45 to 21 days prior to arrival: 90% of the total amount
cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival: full amount The cancellation charges must be paid even if the client has not yet paid the full cost of the booking for whatever reason. In the case that Casa succeeds in finding alternative clients for the same apartment suite covering the cancelled period, Casa will invoice the cancelling client € 50 administrative costs but no cancellation charges. Any balance will be refunded.
Change of rental period
Change of the rental period can be done 45 days in advance of the rental period without any costs, unless a seasonal supplement applies.

Deposit

A breakage deposit of 100 € will be requested upon arrival. The breakage deposit is payable in cash (Euro). The client shall maintain the property in the same good order as upon arrival. In the case that the client breaks or damages anything in Casa , Casa must be advised immediately. Any loss or damage caused by the client will be deducted from the breakage deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed. In the case of small pets an exemption – after consulting Casa may be made.

Cleaning/sheets/towels

2 x a week clean sheets and towels are provided. 2 x a week Maid/cleaning service included (in case of rental period longer than 1 week). Cleaning service on departure is included. Linen is included. Towels are included. Portable child bed or cot with sides and sheets are available on request.

Electricity and water

Electricity and water are included in the rental price.
