From the Living and dining rooms as well as from the patio, you will enjoy fabulous open views onto the glittering Mediterranean sea and on COSTA SMERALDA, Sardina’s fashionable VIP beaches. From the bedrooms, you have relaxing views of the perfectly manicured green lawns of the ample garden. The Villa’s extensive private garden has ample areas for the private use of Guests in each villa, as well as areas in common.

It sits on a ridge approximately 700 feet above and 1.5 kilometers from the water, with spectacular open views of the entire Costa Smeralda. From every terrace and Veranda, and from all the living areas inside one looks out over protected wild Sardinian landscape with unobstructed views of the entire coast from Cale di Volpe to Porto Rotondo. The villa is located on a small private drive approximately 1 km from the nearest main road, and is completely insulated from any lights or noise from automobiles.

Nestled unobtrusively into the wild natural surroundings the secluded Villa is enveloped in a verdant cultivated landscaped with a extensive lawns, gardens, Olive- and Pine Groves. Directly to the north, and bordering the grounds, is the Costa Smeralda Protected Wilderness Area, which provides unparalleled seclusion coupled with panoramic vistas.

The following items are payable upon arrival to the Owners or their representative:
- Refundable breakage deposit : Euro 500 for each villa (this amount will be returned to Guests upon departure).
- Final Cleaning: Euro 150 for each villa.
