The family room has two large leather sofas, fireplace, 42-inch widescreen TV, DVD, and VCR, stereo with CD player, and speakers on patio.
The spacious master suite features a California king-size bed, 32-inch TV with DVD, and a balcony with views of the McDowell mountains and Pinnacle Peak. The master bath features a walk-in shower, large soaking tub, dual vanities, and large walk-in closet. The other three bedrooms feature queen-size beds. A bonus fifth bedroom has a twin bed, exercise bike, and TV. The home also has a three-car garage, laundry room, and state-of-the-art water filtration system.
In addition to two spectacular golf courses, the Grayhawk community has numerous parks, bike paths, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Conveniently located near the 101 loop, shopping and fine dining experiences abound.

Reservation PolicyPayment/Cancellations : An initial deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We must have a credit card on file before move in. Cancellations at least 30 days prior to arrival are refundable, less a 5% fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to no refund. Any changes to your reservation must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. This includes declaring the total number of people that will occupy the property . TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!
Check Ins: We meet and greet all guests upon arrival. Check in time: 3 p.m. or later. For arrivals after 5 p.m. and weekends, please make special arrangements in advance . Your personalized check-in instructions will be provided with confirmation letter. Early check in/out may be available, with advance notice.
Utilities: An electric cap ($100 for one bedroom/$150 for two bedroom/$200 for three bedroom/ $250 for four to five bedroom) exists for all 30-day reservations. Guest is responsible for any charges above the cap. Charges will be prorated and charged to the credit card on file. Since owners’ bills come in after usage, any extra charges to guests for utilities will probably occur after the guest moves out.
Pools: Any pool located in your complex or community is not supervised and DOES NOT have lifeguards on duty. Homes rented with private pools will receive the “Understanding The Arizona Pool Barrier Laws”. Homes with private heated pools have a $500/month cap for 30-day (or longer) rentals. Any monthly usage over that amount will be charged to the guest’s credit card. By signing this agreement, guest accepts the terms of electric and gas usage in the rental home. Thermostats and/or pool settings must not be tampered with or reset . Please contact management immediately if there is a problem.
Pets: At Specialty Lodging Arizona’s sole and absolute discretion, pets are permitted in select properties only. Guests with pets are subject to a non-refundable pet deposit, except when pet is required in assisting the physically or visually challenged. Any violations of this policy will result in automatic termination of the reservation with NO REFUND.
Housekeeping: Prior to arrival, accommodations are cleaned and provided with fresh linens. If the housekeepers have missed something, please notify us, immediately. Additional maid service is available on a fee- for- service basis. Properties in which a guest, their guests or invitees’ smoke will result in the guest being assessed an additional $200.00 cleaning charge upon his/her departure.
Specialty Lodging Arizona will address all issues immediately upon notification. Any unwarranted service/maintenance calls will be charged to the guest.
