Reservation PolicyLocation cost includes: use of electricity, cold and hot water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels, kitchen linens,( the first set ) ***swimming pool towels ( if needed), free use of laundry ( that means we will supply all the detergents), it doesn't include: caution deposit ( € 3000,00 to be paid on cash , on the day of the arrival and given back on the departure), heating (when needed) is charged € 34,00 a day,final cleaning fee= € 16,00 per person. *** the first set of all linens is included in the rent , from the second week we ask an additional fee of € 8,00 per persons.
On their arrival our guests will find, a minimum supply for the house, that is : mineral water, sugar, coffee, coffee filter, tea, salt, dish soap, multiuse detergents, toilet papers. Welcome pack.
