The apartment may not be used as a party space, but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. We emphasize that you look at the house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any future problems. Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience in Barcelona.

2. Respect private garden / communal area.
The minimum rental period is 3 nights (we might accept exceptions after agreement). For special events and holidays, this is subject to change.

*The remaining balance + cleaning fee + refundable security deposit is to be paid IN CASH AT CHECK-IN.
