NotesThe property is set on a hill side surrounded by vineyards and offers panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. The white village of Manilva is at 500m and the Sabinillas beach at 1.5km. The La Duquesa marina is only 2km away.
The best golf courses: Valderrama, San Roque, Sotogrande, El Cortesín, Almenara, Alcaidesa, La Duquesa and Los Flamingos are only 15 minutes away.
